• Business strategies/advice focusing on foreign trade and investment flows into Rwanda and Africa.
• Expansion and diversification pathways for foreign investors into the Rwandan and African markets.
• Identification of opportunities for joint ventures and facilitating necessary linkages.
• Identification of opportunities in the infrastructure space in Rwanda and across Africa for interested foreign businesses.
• Identify opportunities and create linkages within the renewables space with a special focus on harnessing the infinite might of solar power and scaling up the adoption of EV solutions in the development of African economies.
• Identification of opportunities in the value addition space across various industries of interest for African and other global corporates.
• Feasibility studies, including mapping demand and supply factors for interested corporates.
• Market systems and value chain analysis.
• Advise on regulatory compliance across varied African markets.
• Preparation of funding proposals and identification of funding sources for both public and private sector investments
